We are now transitioning into squat cleans
look to add weight from last week for 2 singles for 5 working sets
B) Workout.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 16 minutes of:
200m run
20 sit ups
20′ right arm oh walking lunge w/ db
20′ left arm oh walking lunge w/ db
C) finisher work.
v-ups x 20 reps
banded pull aparts x 20reps
x3 rounds
