6 sec. lower for 2 reps x 2 sets
buidling heavier then last week and hold that for the two working sets
3 warm up sets
B) hamstring work, eccentric
Barbell RDL’s @ 6 sec. lower for 4 reps x 3 sets – same weight as last week’s final set
C) Workout. – hitters –
For 6 rounds, complete 1 minute of:
45 double-unders
Max thrusters 75/55
Rest 1 minute between rounds. Score is total number of thrusters
D) finisher –
Hollow rocks x :20 on / :20 off for 3-5 rounds
