if you have tight shoulders do hang power cleans or clean pulls
B) Workout.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
20 cal bike erg
15 db hang power cleans or bb hang power cleans @ 95/65
10 push ups
C) finisher work.
banded pull aparts x 50 reps
hinged banded rows x 50 reps
