For me, CrossFit Milford is more than a place I go to become physically healthy; it's a place that I look forward to going to stay mentally fit as well. I've been a member here since 2008. Not only does CFM provide world class training in a safe environment but the opportunity to surround myself with like minded people. There are lots of people here that have become like family we have been training together for so long. But my favorite part is seeing new people join us and be able to watch their fitness journeys. It's truly amazing the transformations that everyone goes through.

“I have been coming to Crossfit Milford since 2010 and the coaches have always been kind and helpful. I learned so much from them and I could never picture going to another gym. Something I love is that whenever I’ve had an injury or any aches and pains I’ve still been able to work out because the coaches are so knowledgeable and are always able to give me some sort of modification so I can still work out. I currently take part in the regular CFM classes.”
