CFM 60

CFM 60 is our flagship CrossFit Class programmed by world renowned CrossFit Coach, and owner of CFM, Jason Leydon.

Like any good CrossFit program, ours includes constantly varied functional movements performed at a “high” intensity.

What separates our program from others is that ours takes into account who our members are so that they get the experience they both want and need. Then, it is the job of our coaches to make sure that everything is executed at a high level.

CFM 30

Only have 30-Minutes, but still want a great workout?

Our CFM 30 Class is designed to keep you moving from start to finish. We take away the higher skilled movements found in the CFM 60 Class to make this class open to all skill levels.

30-Minutes a day and you’ll get stronger, look better and most importantly, feel the best you’ve ever felt.

Personal Training

Working 1-on-1 with one of our coaches will give you the individualized attention you need to reach your goals. Our coaches will not only design a program specific for you and your needs, but they will track progress and make real-time adjustments so that you get to where you want fast and efficiently.

Whether you are looking to improve your health and wellness, get stronger, improve body composition, learn a new skill or refine and old one, working 1-on-1 with a CFM Coach is the best way to make it happen.

Nutrition Coaching

Just like having a good fitness routine, good nutrition is crucial in helping you to look better, live longer and perform at the highest levels.

At CrossFit Milford we have certified Nutrition Coaches that can work with you 1-on-1 to help you reshape your your nutrition so that you can become the healthiest version of yourself.

youth Strength & Conditioning

Here at CrossFit Milford we specialize in the health, wellness and performance of youth athletes.

Our top priority with this age group is to have fun, teach proper technique and show them the importance of strength and conditioning.

At the same time, with the help of our elite coaches, these young athletes will improve their speed, strength, agility and conditioning so that they are a step above their competition.

High School Strength & Conditioning

With the guidance of our Sport Performance Coaches these athletes will work to develop power, strength, change of direction, speed, agility and conditioning in order to excel in their sport.

Injury prevention is also heavily emphasized in this program for these athletes. We not only want them to be the fittest and most well prepared kids out on the field, but we want them to stay out there, injury free.
