“Crossfit Milford is not just a box or gym, it is a community of diverse and passionate individuals, all working towards the same goal - being better than yesterday.  I joined because I wanted to get stronger and be more fit, as well as, learn skills like hand-stands, kipping pull-ups, and double-unders; all things I have achieved.  Now, I work 1 on 1 with Coach Jay for a personal program to hit specific goals around body composition, fitness, and aesthetics - which has been a traumatic enjoyment -j/k- it’s been incredible & detailed.  I was fortunate to join CFM with a small group of friends, however, everyone that is a member is so warm, inviting, and engaging.”
