stato iso banded hip thrust – 15 sec. hold @ top then 6 reps

have 2 progressive warm up sets to this weight

use a weight that is heavier then last week if you held it for all 8 reps over 3 sets

B) Wedge board front squats.

50×1 tempo for 6 reps x 3 sets

have 2 progressive warm up sets to this weight

use a weight that is heavier then last week if you held it for all 6 reps over 3 sets. if you din’t hold the same weight across last week then stay there this week

C) Dynamic action Superset.

:15 double kb russain swings

:45 sled push @ 45/25# on top of the sled

rest 2:00

x3-4 rounds

D) finsiher –
