B) DB goblet bulgarian split squat.

Go heavier this week for all working sets if you got all sets done last week

:20 weighted sled push 90/45# on top

:40 standing bike erg D10/8 for max distance

D) finsiher – sprint work

:6-8 build up in intesnity

:12 max effort sprint
