warm up to last Monday’s weight and this week do 5×4 sets or hold [+1] from last week @ last week’s weight

if you cannot do a weighted pull up then look to do 5 sets of 6-8 bb bent over rows

B) 3x super set

push up depth drop x 4 [going to hit these again this week]

DB incline bench press x 8 reps

rest :60 bt rounds

C) Workout / intervals

3:00 on / 1:30 off x 3 rounds

3 pull ups

6 double kb push press

9 cal bike

D) finsiher.

copenhagen plank for :20/side
