take 70% of this double and do 4 reps for 3 sets

have a warm up to this weight today

if you cannot do a weighted pull up then look to do 5 sets of 6-8 bb bent over rows

B) 3x super set

push up depth drop x 3 [going to hit these again this week]

double kb bench press x 12-15 reps

rest :60 bt rounds

C) Workout / intervals

6 rounds of the below

10 t2B

20 db alt HPS

2:00 on / 2:00 off

D) finsiher.
