each rep do a 4 sec. lower to the shoulders

B) 3x super set [eccentric focus]

amrap banded strict pull ups @ 4 sec lower each time

C) Workout / intervals

1:00 on / 1:00 off for 6 rounds

10 pull ups

10 double kb push press

amrap sit ups

D) finsiher.

banded face pull for 75 reps
