Tuesday
A) Back Squat Isometric work.
Back Squat w/ 10 sec hold in the bottom position
stay engage, don’t bottom out
5 reps – building per set
B) Floating DL w/ iso hold.
floating DL you will never touch the barbell to the ground –
stand up and lower the bar down in DL position to “float” it off the ground
then hold there for :03, after :03
proceed to do 5 floating DL reps in a
controlled fashion, each one with a :03
hold off the bottom for 3 sets
C) Dynamic action Superset.
10 kb goblet squat cleans
-into-
10 jump squats
-into-
200 sprint – no weight –
rest 2:00
x3 rounds
D) Finisher – if there is time
30 strict knee raises from rig
-into-
30 heavy farmers carry
rest 30
x2-3 rounds
