hold knee 1″ off ground w/ db’s in hand for :10 then do 6 reps @ get heavier this week for all working sets from last week

rest 1:00

x3 sets per leg

B) split stance db RDL.

x5x1 [5 sec. hold @ knee position] then do 4 reps on that leg with no pause

80% feel across the sets

C) Dynamic action Superset.

:45 double kb front rack hold 55/35# per hand

:45 max cal ski erg

1:30 rest

x3 rounds

D) pushes.

:15 sec. max effort sled sprint – no weight-

:45 sec rest

x5 rounds
