perform 4 reps @ 75% / rack for :15/ then do another 2 reps

but have 2-3 warm up sets to the 75% working weight

B. barbell split stance RDL.

x5/side x 3 sets

holding final weight from last week for all sets

C. Breathing Work.

40 box jump overs

50 wall balls

60 burpees

70 wall balls
