500m row/400m run [each]

50 CTB pull ups / partner holds HS

500m row/400m run [each]

50 T2B / partner hangs

500m row/ 400mr un [each]

50 push press @ 115/80 / while partners holds SB in goblet position

in this workout each time you are at the row/run - each partner must complete the row and run.. so while P1 rows, P2 runs, then they switch, then they move onto the movement etc...
