B1. Split Stance Good Morning

tough 6 reps per leg over 3 sets

B2. Rear Delt Raises

x15x3 sets

C. Workout

OTM x 20:00

1 = 3 hang squat clean thrusters

2 = 15 barbelll facing burpees

3 = Sprint for :30 on machine of choice

4 = rest [add weight to barbell here]

x5 rounds

objective is to keep adding weight to the barbell per round to get heavier and heavier
