Incline close grip bench press x 8

DB bent over row x 8

Part 3

Max distance in 9 minutes

Every minute, do ascending burpees over erg

Minute 0 = Row

Minute 1 = BOE + Row

Minute 2 = 2 BOE + Row

etc.
