working for 10-12:00 on the the skill

[build from last week slightly more]

if you are able to then do a full squat snatch

if you are not - then do just a hang power snatch

if you have tight shoulders then do a hang power clean

B. 3 sets.

DB Bulgarian split squat x 7/side @ 2020 tempo

Elevated SL hip thruster x 15/side

C. Workout

50 cal bike

50 kb swings, 70/55# *russain swing

50 DB box step ups, 55/35# dB [one db]
