**if dips do not feel good on shoulder switch to db incline bench press
A2. strict chin ups.
AMRAP [then rest :15] and complete AMRAP again x 3 sets

4 rounds for time of:
1k row
2 rope climbs
20 HR push ups
20 T2B
share all reps and 1k row how you want as. a team
scale up RC to LL if you can
if you can do strict HSPu then do that for HR push ups
