**after each set do 20 banded pull aparts
C. Workout
OTM x 5 sets
1 = 10 burpee box jumps, 24/20"
2 = 15/12 cal erg
3 = find a heavy Hang Power Clean building each set
**if you have tight wrist or shoulders then work on DB hang power cleans for 10 reps for #3
