strong down and fast up action here

**depending on the speed of how it's moving , go slightly heavier than last week or keep it the same... but focus on the speed up for each rep

B)Dynamic action Superset.

10 db hang power cleans

20 db reverse lunge steps

goal is to not put the db's down bt the HPC and the reverse lunge steps

C)Super set

30 heavy russain kb swings
