A2. Supinated Bb bent over row

adding slightly more weight for the 10 reps
A3. Seated side delt lateral raises

2:00 on / 1:00 off x 5 rounds
4 pull ups
4 burpees
8 double unders
**on the burpees work on a tight body position for the 4 reps and not "flopping" into it
you can scale up to cTB or bar MU
no jumping or banded pulling actions though
