DB goblet squat or SL squat @ 2020 tempo x 6 reps

Heal slides x 10 reps

Part 3.

12:00 amrap

1.2.3.4.5.... hang squat clean @ 115/80

2.4.6.8... no push up burpee barbell jump over

3.6.9.12...double unders
