heave two warm up sets and use last week's finishing weight for all sets

heavier than last week across for all sets

B)Strict Pull Up Waveload.

Minute 1= 3 reps

Minute 2 = 2 reps

Minute 3= 1 rep

Minute 3 = 3 reps [more then minute 1]

Minute 2 = 2 reps [more then minute 2]

minute 3 = 1 rep [more then minute 3]

C)Workout.
