200 cal bike (partner holds double kb in front rack)
100 t2b (partner hangs)
50 burpee box jumps (partner does 50” walking lunge while other works)
50 weighted push ups 45/25
50 sandbag cleans
100 wall balls (partner holds chin over bar)
200 cal bike (partner holds double on front rack)
