you can utilize the split jerk or push jerk - whichever is more comfortable for you
if you have tight shoulders and can't go OH... dont. .. just squat clean for singles
B. Structural work

10lateral banded steps
10/side SL hip thrust
10 standing full cans
C. Workout

450m run @ hard effort
