A.Barbell cycling work

squat clean + OH

*looking to build in weight from last week and hit 2-3 singles there this week

you can utilize the split jerk or push jerk - whichever is more comfortable for you

if you have tight shoulders and can't go OH... dont. .. just squat clean for singles

B. Structural work

3-4 rounds

10lateral banded steps

10/side SL hip thrust

10 standing full cans

C. Workout

OT 5:00 for 4 rounds

5 hang squat cleans

450m run @ hard effort
