you can utilize the split jerk or push jerk - whichever is more comfortable for you
if you have tight shoulders and can't go OH... don’t. .. just squat clean for singles

5 TnG hang squat cleans
450m run @ hard effort
**the hang squat clean weight should be on the heavier side - you can adjust each round
