Tricep kickback x 10/side

side delt raise x 10

Part 3

teams of 2 x 15 minutes

amrap 5 pull ups / 5 push ups or deficit push ups while partner runs 450m

**one person runs / one works - everyone comes in one door and leaves through opposite door, no sharing pull up bars
