5 DB/object hang clean and jerk on the R
5 DB/object hang clean and jerk on the L
10 push ups
15 air squats
20 double unders/40 single unders/40 low object hops (jumping onto of a low object( a book, single step etc) with 2 feet)
Part B:
Every 3:00 for 4 sets
:45 run out and back (total 1:30)
max unbroken situps in the remaining time
*once you stop, you rest… if you do not stop till the 3:00, 6:00, 9:00, etc mark you go right into the next set, starting with the run
**runs must be a hard effort
