rest 2 min between at a minimum between deads and squats

A2. Stiff Legged Deadlift

10 reps x 3 sets using a BB this cycle at RPE 8 weight

B1. Barbell Front Rack Reverse Lunge

10 steps x 3 sets rpe 7 weight

B2. Supine Lying Heel Sliders

15 reps x 3 sets

C. 3 sets

:30 max hanging leg raises

10/leg step ups (weighted)

25 banded glute bridges

:30 sled push at 2/3 bodyweight
