B. SIngle Leg Barbell RDL
Using last week's weight perform 15 reps every 4 minutes for 16 min
C1. Barbell upright rows
15 x 4
C2. Split Squat with Barbell on Front Rack
8 RM for each leg, for the day in 3-4 sets rest 2:00 before going back to Barbell upright rows
C3. Banded SupineLaying Marching
:60 seconds x 5 sets
D. Arm Farmin Again
same scheme from Tuesday just ADD 3 reps to each movement
