5 reps x 3 sets BUILDING to RPE 8
B2. Forward Walking Lunges
40' x 5 sets carrying DB's like suitcases at your sides
heavier than last week
B3. Supine Lying SIngle Leg Lifts
Small Arc here...x :60 seconds each leg for MAX REPS X 5 sets
rest 1-2 min before going back to trap bar dL
C. "Core Work"
