B1. Weighted "Piegon Toed" Glute Bridge

25 reps x 3 sets

B2. Banded hamstring curls

25 reps x 3 sets

C1. Hanging "L-Sit"

6 sets for Max time. each set MUST BE WITHIN :10-:12 seconds of BEST SET.

C2. Weighted PLanks

:60 each side x 6 sets
