B2. Single Arm Bench Press

18 reps x 4 sets at moderate WEIGHT

6 sets x :60 seconds 6 sets each side

C2. Lateral Delt raise to Front Lowers

2 db's of LIGHT WEIGHT here 20 reps/18/16/14/10+
