50 reps for time at 80% of your 1RM Backsquat Each break, perform 10 situps and 5 chin ups
B1. Supine Grip Narrow Grip Bent Over Row
build to a heavy weight for 10 reps, in 3-4 sets, then perform two drop sets at 60% of the 10RM for as many reps as possible! Rest 2:00 between all sets.
