B1. Barbell Push Press Press

10 x 5 sets

B2. Diamond Push-Up

:30 max reps x 5

C1. Wide grip Barbell Row

10RM in 3-4 sets, then perform 2 drop sets at 80% of the 10RM

C2. Goblet Style Reverse Lunge Step

8-10 each leg x 4 sets

C3. Kneeling Pallof Press

15-20 reps x 4 sets
