CrossFit Milford’s Custom Programming
Our program design track is built for those who have specific goals they need met and can be accountable without a coach working with them. Within this track, you will work with a coach who will create a program specifically for you around your goals and timeline.
Personal Programming
The program will be delivered to you each week, and you will train when it fits your schedule. This track will help you reach any goal and will ensure you're doing what's right for you.
