CROSSFIT MILFORD NUTRITION COACHING

Dial in your fitness by way of wholesome, fuel-focused nutrition. We’ve created a fine-tuned nutrition program to ensure that every minute you spend in the gym pays off — mentally and physically. Our nutrition coach will work with you to help you turn your sweat sessions into the results you’re after. 

How Our Program Works

Phase 1

First 4 Weeks

All clients begin in Phase 1. This time allows the nutrition coach an opportunity to understand the client while developing a plan to address their specific goals.


  • 1x 60 min 1-on-1 in-person Nutrition Consultation

  • Personal Nutritional Roadmap / or Plan Developed 

  • Weekly email check-in

  • 1x 30 min 1-on-1 in-person Nutrition Follow-up Consultation

  • In body test completed

  • Pictures taken to document starting point

  • Measurements

Phase 2

Ongoing

This is the ongoing process following Phase 1 designed to keep clients on track, teach about longevity and how sustain this healthy pattern in their lives


  • Custom Nutrition Plan based on lifestyle and goals

  • Daily online nutrition tracking & accountability

  • Before & After measurements and progress pictures

  • Weekly check-in (via email) 

  • Monthly check-in (via phone)

  • 1x 30 min 1-on-1 in-person Nutrition Follow-up Consultation (every 12 weeks)

  • These sessions are billed every 4 weeks based on a 12 week commitment cycle
