What You Can Expect

 

Step 1
Schedule a FREE No-Sweat Introduction

 

This is all about you. You meet with one of our staff and tell us about your goals, past training, work/home life, nutrition, and lifestyle. We want to know where you are now so we can help you get to where you want to be!

 

Step 2
On-Ramp Classes

 

You will go through 5 personal training sessions geared to instruct you on the how's and why's of our training and our classes. In these sessions, you will get:

  1. Five individual training sessions

  2. Movement screening

  3. Nutritional Consultation

  4. Nutritional starter guide

  5. An initial In-body Scan to see your body fat and muscle!

  6. 1-Month of Unlimited CrossFit or Function classes included.

  7. CFM Starter Guide

 

Step 3
Private Training or Group Training

 

Once you complete your on-ramp classes, you can continue 1-on 1 with a coach or enter into our group classes, based on your overall needs.

 

Step 4
Free Nutrition Consultation

 

We will connect you with our professional nutrition coach to help you understand how to make better, long term lifestyle changes to get rid of stubborn body fat and feel more confident at home, in the gym and at work!
