A1. Sumo Stance Deadlift
7 RM in 2-3 sets
rest 2:00 between sets
A2. Calf raises
20 reps per set of dead's
B1. Walking Lunges
50' lunge x 3 sets for max steps
Use a doable weight here...suitcase style.
B2. Cannonball Bench Press with SINGLE ARM
Hold a KB in your palm and bench press it.
10 reps each arm x 3 sets
C1. Back Elevated Single Leg Hip Bridges
15 reps each leg x 4 sets
look to add weight from last week.
C2. Standing Pallof Press
15 reps each side x 4 sets
standing means STAND TALL
C3. Single KB Front Rack Marches
:30 seconds each side x 3 sets
heaviest KB you can handle
