using 90% from last week, perform 7 reps x 4 sets
rest 2:00 between sets
A2. Calf raises
20 reps per set of dead's
B1. Walking Lunges
50' lunge x 4 sets for max steps
Use a doable weight here...suitcase style.
B2. Cannonball Bench Press with SINGLE ARM
Hold a KB in your palm and bench press it.
10 reps each arm x 4 sets
C1. Reverse Hyper Leg Extensions
20 reps x 3 sets
C2. Standing Pallof Press "CIRCLES"
20 reps each side x 3 sets
standing means STAND TALL
C3. Single KB Front Rack Marches
:30 seconds each side x 3 sets
heaviest KB you can handle
