A2 Chest Flys
tempo of 5050 x 5 reps x 4 sets
B1 Supine Grip Wide Grip Barbell Row
12 RM for the day at an RPE of 9 in the least amount of sets, then drop to 90% and
perform 4 sets at 90% rest 2:00 between
B2 DB Lateral Delt Raises
20 reps x 4 sets using a light weight, NOTHING HEAVY HERE, leave more in th tank!
B3 Single Arm KB Front Rack Step up
10 each leg x 5 sets (CARRY THE WEIGHT ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE STEP LEG)
