A. Snatch Balance

4 sets of 5 at 50% of 1rm snatch

B. Overhead Squat

4-5 sets of 10; moderate load - nothing near max effort

C. Snatch Pull from deficit

1.1 x 5; rest 2min - use top of jerk blocks for deficit about 2-3" (no more); focus on quad drive through ground and extending vertically - not leaning backward

D. Dual KB Front Rack Step up

5 sets of 20 total reps; rest as needed
