B. Split Jerk off Blocks

1.1 x 4; start around 70-75%; build as needed

C. Front Squat

4 sets of 6; build as you go

D. Wtd pullup

5 sets of 5 at 50% of last week's top set

E. DB Push Press + OH hold

30sec of Push Press + 30sec OH hold; x 4; rest 30sec - start with 5-10lbs/hand and build if you can
