Banded pull aparts (internal and external rotation) x 20/per

A. Power Snatch + OHSQ

heavy single @ 90% feel

then drop 15% and do 1 rep, rest :60 x 3

B. Clean + Push Press

2+1 - heavy set in 5 attempts

C. Back Squat

5sec. lower

for 1-2 reps x 4 sets @ 80%

D1. Prone row x10x3

D2. Neutral grip ring rows x10x3
