A. Snatch from pause @ knee

pause for 5 sec. @ knee

build to a heavy single @ 90% feel then

drop 10% and do 1 snatch w/ no pause for 4 hits

B. Hang Clean

C. High Bar Back Squat

work up to a good set of 6 @ 90% feel

then drop 10% and do 3x2

D. Clean lift off @ 95%x5x3

E. Weighted reverse plank :30 x 4 sets
