On Ramp

When you start your journey at CrossFit Milford you will begin with our state of the art process on training and body evaluation.

We will get a health ready using our “IN Body” system which will measure your weight, body fat, muscular balance, water weight and if there are any imbalances. This is all taken into your starting journey so you know where you and we can help you get where you want to go.

We will take this measurement again at your three month marker to see the progress.
