CrossFit Kids program is an exciting and fun way to get kids to exercise and learn about a healthy lifestyle. We will focus on good movement, having fun, teamwork and confidence building. This is NOT just weightlifting for kids. The program will bases on drills, bodyweight exercise and games etc…
Your kids will learn functional movements involving exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play. They will push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump. All these movements will help achieve a healthy lifestyle that will last a lifetime!
CrossFit also provides physical and emotional benefits for your child. It will provide an environment for all abilities and successes of every child, at every ability level, and every body type. We want to build confidence in every kid and want them to be comfortable in his/her own skin.
The kids classes are held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays @ 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm. If he decides to come two days a week, it will be $100 for the month. If he decides to come three days a week, it will be $120 for the month.
