A. Clean and Jerk

2 singles every 2 minutes for 12 minutes up to an RPE of 9-10

B. Workout

20 squat cleans, 135/95

20 ctB pull ups

20 burpees

x20 minutes

**adjust the squat clean weight to 115/80 or 95/65. if you want to go do FS you can do that.

**adjust the pull ups to regular pull ups or inverted ring rows or DB plank rows.

C. finisher

2-3 sets

DB hammer curls x 10

ball push ups x 10-12

Vertical toe touches x 30
