Crossfit Milford has two membership options as well as a number of specialty program choices. Note: Prices do not include taxes. Discounts are available to active military and first responders. Please email for details.

On Ramp - $300

All new members to CrossFit Milford will start with our On Ramp month. Each member will go through a quick chat to get paired up with a proper certified coach. They will then take part in 5 personal training sessions where the coach will closely monitor their movement and teach them the foundations of what we do. After the five sessions, each participant will have the rest of the month free for classes.

3 Classes a Week - $155 /mo

This membership is geared toward those who cannot commit to 4+ days a week of training. This membership allows members to come to the gym 3x a week. Sign Up Now

Unlimited - $185 /mo

This is our most popular and sought after membership. This allows for an unlimited amount of CFM classes. As well as access to our CFM30 class, our stretching program, as well as open gym hours.

Specialty Programs

CFM30 - $85/month

Our CFM 30 program is a thirty minute interval class for those who need to get in and out of the gym. This workout uses no barbells and is non-stop action from the sound of go. Anybody can start this program, and is open to all levels.

While our Group Coaching program is designed to meet the needs of our large and varied community, when it comes to achieving specific goals, nothing beats private coaching. Sport Team Training

CrossFit Milford will develop and implement sport specific conditioning programs for all levels of athlete and teams.

CrossFit Milford Children's Program

CrossFit for children ages 7-15 (based on maturity level). CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids.

CrossFit Kids is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children.

Gymanastics

Core & Flexibility

Too many athletes do not take the time necessary to recover after a stressful event properly. Whether that be a tough workout in the gym or a busy day at home or work, taking care of your body is essential to maintaining good physical and mental health.

Our Core & Flexibility course is designed to meet the recovery needs of all athletes. Classes focus on breathing methods, flexibility practice, finding and addressing imbalances, and improving overall health.
